The apartment got her name because of the view on the Hartkaiser Mountain. A fun fact is that you can also see the gondolas go up when standing on the balcony of the apartment.
Ski in Ski out
The studio is located right next to the ski slope, so you're able to directly start skiing when you walk out the front door. This slope connects to Ellmau's main gondola, the HartKaiserBahn. This lift will take you to the top of the mountain, which is a perfect base for exploring the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixenthal.
One to four person apartment
The apartment is furnished for up to 4 people. There is a 2 person fold-out bed (180x200) in the living/sleeping area, with a maximum weight of 250 kilograms. There is also a bunk bed (2x90x200) in another lockable room, with a maximum weight of 115 kilograms per bed.
Living room
The apartment was completely renovated in October 2021 and literally everything is new. The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated. In the living room there is a two-Person folding bed. Attached to the bed, there is a beautiful wooden dining table which unfolds when the bed is Pusher in. There also is a lovely comfortable sofa present, next to all the other basic needs.
Separate room with bunkbeds
In this studio we created a separate room with two extra beds, to make this apartment usable for up two four persons. Where the living room contains a double bed, this separate room contains a bunkbed.
Free Wifi and TV
In the apartment you can use free Wifi. There is also a Smart TV where you can login to your own streaming service account, such as Netflix or Amazon Prime.
Storage
There is plenty of closet space/shelves in the apartment to store your belongings.
Kitchen
The kitchen inventory is equipped to accommodate four people. The kitchen consists of a refrigerator, an oven, a sink with a faucet, a hood, four hotplates, 3 kitchen cabinets including all conceivable supplies and a pantry. There is also a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment.
Bathroom
The bathroom is completely renewed and contains a toilet, shower and sink. There are enough cupboards for storing your toiletries.
Balcony
The balcony is very special and that's because you can see people skiing by a few meters away, on their way to the gondola. On the balcony there is a small table, a double bench and two single chairs. The balcony faces south so you can enjoy the sun all day long.
Towel package
The apartment comes with a towel set. This towel set consists of a tea towel, a kitchen towel, a bath mat and two bath towels per person.
Bed linen
Clean bed linen will be provided for you. You need to make the beds yourself.
Check-in
You are welcome on Saturday from 3 pm. The key will be sent after payment of the total amount from the terms and conditions you receive after your booking.
Check out
You must check out by 9am on Saturday.
The deposit will be refunded after the return of the key in the key safe and a proper delivery of the apartment (see general conditions sent).
You are kindly requested to check the following items before departure and carry them out where necessary:
- Remove the beds (excluding mattress protector) and put the bed linen together with all hand-bath- and dish towels on the floor in the living room.
- Wash dishes and put them back in the cupboard.
- Empty the container for coffee cups in the Nespresso machine.
- Dispose of garbage bags in the recycling bins in the parking lot.
- Putting furniture back in its proper place.
- Check that the balcony door is closed, the hotplates are off and the electric radiator is switched off.
